A BIT HARD BUT MORE FUN THAN TRYING TO PLAY” SHINOBI ”OVER AND OVER TILL YOU GET TO THE NEXT LEVEL AND WORTH THE TIME PLAYING. BUT GET THE GUIDE TOO, AS IT IS ALSO VERY USEFUL TO YOU.AS WELL.MUCH BETTER THAN THE TOO HARD GAME” SHINOBI ”. AND IT IS EASY TO SEE WHERE YOUR ASS SHOULD BE GOING. BUT YOU CAN STILL BEAT THE GAME AND BE LUCKY TO WALK AWAY WITH A NINJA RATING. AND THEN SNEAK IN, AND CUT THEIR THROATS IN ONE SWIFT MOTION!!LINE ” KILL BILL ” EVEN. THAT WAY YOU CAN KEEP YOUR EYE ON THE ENEMY ,SEE WHEN THE COAST IS ALL CLEAR. A LOT MORE DISTRACTIONS TO THE ENEMY -SO YOU CAN SNEAK UP ON THEM AND KILL THEM IN ANY WAY THAT YOU MAY LIKE.THE BLOW GUN IS COOL TO USE AS WELL, BUT THE SNEAKING IS THE BEST !!AND THE CAMERA VIEW/PAN OPTION IS A BIG PLUS IN THIS GAME. WHICH SOME PLAYERS MIGHT LIKE ,AND IT CAN EVEN MAKE YOUR GAME A BIT EASIER. IF YOU KILL 9 BAD ASSES IN STEALTH MODE, YOU EARN YOUR ASS A SPECIAL MOVE. AND WHAT DOES THAT DO FOR YOU YOU MAY ASK ? WELL YOU GET OTHER TYPES OF COOL ITEMS OR WEAPONS -AS WELL AS SPECIAL ABILITIES. THE BETTER YOU ARE AT NOT BEING SPOTTED, CAN GET YOU A GOOD RATING. ESPECIALLY PLAYING IT IN A HARDER MODE -OR JUST PLAYING IT ONE MORE TIME… BUT THAT IS NOT THE CASE HERE. THERE ARE VERY FEW GAMES OUT THERE THAT WARRANT PLAYING IT A FEW TIMES WITH THE NEW CHARACTERS IN STORY MODE.
but probably rent it for a couple weeks, beat it, and move on to the next great game. Definete thumbs up, buy it if you can ,(or gta vice). Im happy just to have a new tenchu to master. theyve got awesome artists, the scenerys great, a little polygonal, but i saw a fire, and i looked close up and the flames were near perfect, so im impressed with most of the art stuff.
the levels are awesome, good, well though out layouts. he sees me duck around the corner, and hes baffled? so, yeah, the AI’s not as promised. Lame! Lame! Lame! also, i was able to elude guards that saw me and were fighting me, i was able to elude them by slipping around a corner 3 feet from the guy, while hes looking at me. if they find a body (which they wouldnt if you could still drag bodies) theyre alert for a couple seconds, then they say, “aw, forget it” and walk off. the guards are stupider than in the previous 2. Yes the camera work is lackluster at times, especially in combat, but hey, youre supposed to avoid that anyway, so just be stealthy and youre problems solved. True, it has all kinds off dope new weapons, (big plus) and other cool features like ninja sight, where you can zoom in on something before you use a weapon or grappling hook. if i had never played the tenchu series, i would think it was amazing, but… i have.
